For collaboration on Word documents during the Document INWORKS Review process, you can enable the Document Collaboration Application option. Using the option, a Document Review Type is routed while the document is in a DRAFT status (INWORKS primary status), and moves the document to the INWORKS status. Once the Collaboration Review is completed, then the document can be routed for final review to release the document which will change the status to CURRENT once the document has become effective.
